Located right in the ‘Hub’ of the city, you will find The National Gallery of Victoria. In partnership with The Museum of Modern Art, New York, the NGV presents MoMA at NGV: 130 Years of Modern and Contemporary Art as the 2018 Melbourne Winter Masterpieces exhibition.
MoMA at NGV consists of over 200 pieces of work, all exhibited in chronological order that trace the development of art and design from late-nineteenth-century urban and industrial transformation, through to the digital and global present.
Many of these pieces have never been seen in Australia, so here is your unique opportunity to view works by Vincent van Gogh, Henri Matisse, Pablo Picasso and Andy Warhol. Masterworks from MoMA will be exhibited at NGV International from 9 June 2018 until 7 October 2018 and for more details, you can visit the website here.

Doma Café, Federal, Byron Bay
Cold winter days have us dreaming of warm weather and somewhere sunny. If you have ever been to Byron Bay on the NSW coast, you know that warm weather is just part of the lifestyle, along with the abundance of delicious, soulful food options.
Doma Cafe is one place we have discovered in our travels, located about 20 kms from Byron Bay via a scenic drive through the hinterland in the town of Federal.
With rustic wooden share tables, pared back Japanese styling, an eccentric yet captivating mix of standard cafe food with yummy bacon & egg rolls and the best Japanese in the region. Doma is the place to go to for a leisurely breakfast or lunch and worth travelling to if you are up for a mini road trip from Byron Bay.
